Our reel bundles are digital downloads, which means they are intangible and delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, we adhere to the following guidelines:
- Refunds are only issued if the product is defective, inaccessible due to technical errors on our end, or if you’ve accidentally purchased duplicate items.
- No refunds will be provided for change of mind, accidental purchases (if the product was downloaded), or failure to meet personal expectations.
